Payment guarantees your session day and time as selected for the 2022 Red Truck Minis. The theme is gray & creams as the photo shows! Holiday signs available too! These truck minis are my favorites.. :)

The $100 deposit is required to secure your spot. I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance of $192.46 the week of the session.

All Mini sessions are 15 minutes, and include 5 digital images which you can choose from an online proofing gallery of 15-30 photos. If you would like to purchase additional photos beyond the 5 you can do so at a discounted rate.

Upon finalization of your gallery the high resolution digital images from your gallery will be available for immediate downloading, you will receive a print release for your personal use as well.

Sessions are running back to back and are limited to 15 minutes. If you are late it will take away from your session time, it is advised that you arrive 10 - 15 minutes early if you feel your child needs time to warm up and become comfortable prior to their scheduled session time. These sessions are for families of 5 or less. If you have an extended family, you will need to book 2 sessions back to back.

INDEMNIFICATION: I understand that the Photographer will make a good faith effort to achieve desired results. However, subjective tastes differ regarding photography, and children are inherently difficult to photograph and may experience behavioral or attention-related problems during the Session. I acknowledge that CMP cannot and will not guarantee any particular results. If Client’s child does not or cannot cooperate during the Session, Client is still responsible for full payment under this Agreement. If you are late to your session, that time will be subtracted from your session time, sessions are running back to back.

The Photographer shall be held harmless for any and all injury to client during the course of the photography session and the immediately surrounding events.

Session fee is also considered a non-refundable retainer and is required to schedule your mini session.

By scheduling a session and submitting your payment you agree to the above terms and conditions.
