Payment guarantees your session day and time as selected for the 2022 Santa Minis. Welcome to Santa's Room, where your child will be able to meet Santa, have a story read to them and just take in the magic of it all. These are a favorite of mine! It really is such a magical session for both you and your child. When you do sign up for the session, if in the notes, you can indicate your child/childrens name? Santa will be bringing along his List ... :)

The $250 session fee is a non-refundable retainer and is required to schedule your session. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your session and will be applied to a future date, not a Santa session as these are running for this day only.

All Santa sessions are 10 minutes long, and include 5 digital images which you can choose from an online proofing gallery of 10-15 photos. Additional digitals can be purchased at a discounted rate.

Upon finalization of your gallery the high resolution digital images from your gallery will be available for immediate downloading and you will receive a print release for your personal use as well.

Sessions are running back to back and are limited to 10 minutes. If you are late it will take away from your session time, it is advised that you arrive 10 - 15 minutes early if you feel your child needs time to warm up and become comfortable prior to their scheduled session time. . These sessions are for families of 5 or less. If you have an extended family, you will need to book 2 sessions back to back.

INDEMNIFICATION: I understand that the Photographer will make a good faith effort to achieve desired results. However, subjective tastes differ regarding photography, and children are inherently difficult to photograph and may experience behavioral or attention-related problems during the Session. I acknowledge that CMP cannot and will not guarantee any particular results. If Client’s child does not or cannot cooperate during the Session, Client is still responsible for full payment under this Agreement. If you are late to your session, that time will be subtracted from your session time, sessions are running back to back.

The Photographer shall be held harmless for any and all injury to client during the course of the photography session and the immediately surrounding events.

By scheduling a session and submitting your payment you agree to the above terms and conditions. All prices are subject to CT sales tax of 6.35%.
